Hotels

1.- How can I book a Hotel or Apartment?

FORMENTERA FEELING provides you with an advanced search engine by area where you can enter dates, people, area, number of rooms, etc., and the search engine will give you the necessary information.

2.- Can I cancel a confirmed Hotel or apartment booking?

Yes. To do so, you must call our Telephone Assistance Center at TEL. +34912793818 or send an email to info@formenterafeeling.com.

Depending on the notice period, the cancellation may incur charges.

Cancellation Policy:

From the moment of booking until 31 days before arrival, if the booking is canceled there will be a handling fee of €60.

From 30 days to 8 days before: 50%.

7 days or less: the penalty will be 100%.

 

3.- Can I extend a booking?

If you are not yet at your destination, you can contact us via TEL. +34912793818 or send an email to info@formenterafeeling.com. If the accommodation has availability, the stay will be extended and the new charge will be made to your credit card, via bank transfer (in this case the change will not be made until it is received) or at the destination upon arrival in cash (our staff do not have bank payment methods). If you wish to extend your stay, already at the destination, you must contact us directly if you want the accommodation to respect the agreed price with us. Keep in mind that FORMENTERA FEELING has special rates that the establishments themselves cannot offer to their clients.

4.- Booking Confirmation

When you select an accommodation and enter your details, you will receive an email with a “reservation request.” This request must be reviewed for final confirmation. Within a maximum of 48 hours, you will receive the confirmation of your reservation at the email provided during the reservation process. If you do not receive this information, please contact our Customer Service Center at TEL. +34912793818 or info@formenterafeeling.com.

Once the total payment of the reservation is made, you will receive a voucher that must be presented at the destination to collect the keys.

 

VACATION PACKAGES

5.- How to book a Vacation Package?

FORMENTERA FEELING can offer you the following services: 

  • Apartments – Hotels – Hostels – Aparthotels in Formentera
  • Airport-port-airport transfers in Ibiza
  • Port – Apartment transfers in Formentera (provided these have their own reception; if you need to go to the designated key collection office, this service cannot be performed).
  • Car or motorcycle rental
  • Vacation packages are booked through the request form; we receive the information, and within 24-48 hours, you will receive the best price for your trip.

6.- Can I cancel an already confirmed booking?

Yes. To do this, you must call our Telephone Assistance Center directly at TEL. +34912793818 or send an email to info@formenterafeeling.com. Since it is not a fixed package, you can cancel any of the services without affecting the rest. Depending on the notice period and the service provider, this may incur charges.

7.- Can I modify my booking?

If your booking is already confirmed, you should contact our Vacation Department at TEL. +34912793818 or send an email to info@formenterafeeling.com, and our agents will inform you of the conditions of such a change. Since it involves contracting with third-party providers, the conditions are imposed by them. 

8.- Booking Confirmation

Within a maximum of 48 hours, our Vacation Department staff will contact you to inform you about the status of your request or send you the confirmation directly.

CAR OR MOTORCYCLE RENTAL

9.- How can I book a rental car or motorcycle?

In the main menu of the website - section PLAN - How to get around, and choose the option that interests you the most.

 You will access the rental page, where you can enter our code to get our special discount. 

DISCOUNT CODE: FEELING

 The motorcycle rental company offers the service of delivering the motorcycle to your accommodation free of charge. Notify them at the time of booking, and they will inform you how to proceed.

10.- Do I need to receive any documents?

The motorcycle or car rental is through a company external to us; we only offer the discount code and assistance if needed. The rental company will send the documentation.

11.- What is included in the price?

On the provider’s website, you can see the general conditions of the booking. For any doubts, contact them; if you need our help, we will be happy to assist.

12.- Can I cancel my already confirmed booking?

Yes. To do this, you must contact the rental company directly, and they will inform you of everything.

The cancellation fees for car and motorcycle rentals will depend on the cancellation date and the rate conditions. Remember that if the cancellation is made after the service start date, the company may apply additional cancellation fees.

13. How can I make a reservation?

 The providers of these services are external to us, but we offer you special discounts for your benefit.

 All possible combinations of dates, times, etc., will appear. Select the one you prefer.

 IMPORTANT: We recommend booking OPEN schedules so you won’t have issues missing the boat in case of a flight delay or other transportation delays.

 Attention! It is very important to write names and surnames exactly as they appear on your passport or ID, as using nicknames or derivatives may cause issues when boarding since the passport or ID will be the required identification document.

 The website will provide you with a reservation locator. Please keep it. You will immediately receive an email confirming all the details. If any information is incorrect, please contact our Customer Service Center to rectify your reservation.

 It is important to do the online check-in before the day of the service so you don’t have to go to the ticket office to exchange the reservation. With online check-in, you will receive the ticket to board the boat directly.

How do I know my reservation is confirmed?

Once the reservation is made, you should receive a confirmation email; if not, please contact the ferry company.

Boarding Pass

The email you receive is a reservation; later, to get the ticket, you must do the online check-in a few days before the service day to avoid going to the ticket office to exchange the reservation. With online check-in, you will receive the ticket to board the boat directly.
